Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

Techspace is a managed hosting service operated by FABS GROUP LTD ("we", "our", "us"), a private limited company registered in England & Wales under company number 16820215.

Registered office: 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.

By signing up for or using Techspace services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Provision

2.1 Hosting Services

We provide managed web hosting, server maintenance, and related technical services as described in your selected plan. We reserve the right to upgrade, modify, or migrate your service to ensure performance and security.

2.2 Service Availability (SLA)

We aim for 99.9% uptime. In the event of significant unscheduled downtime exceeding this target in a given month, you may be eligible for service credits upon request. This excludes scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or issues caused by your own actions/code.

2.3 Support

Support is provided according to your plan level. "Managed" means we handle server-side updates, security patches, and hosting configuration. It does not include development work, coding fixes for your application, or content updates unless explicitly agreed in a custom contract.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for:

• Hosting illegal content, malware, phishing sites, or pirated material
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM)
• Crypto-mining or other resource-intensive background processes
• Attacking other networks (DDoS, scanning, hacking)
• Hosting content that infringes on intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately without refund if you violate this policy.

4. Payments & Billing

• Billing Cycle: Services are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• Payments: We use Stripe for secure payment processing. We do not store your card details.
• Late Payments: Services may be suspended if payment is more than 7 days overdue.
• Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new hosting accounts. After this period, refunds are not provided for partial months.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Backups: While we perform daily backups, we strongly recommend you maintain your own off-site backups. We accept no liability for data loss.
• Updates: For unmanaged applications (e.g., custom code), you are responsible for keeping your software secure and up to date.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your website content and data. You grant us a limited license to host, copy, and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the service.

All Techspace branding, website design, and infrastructure code remain the property of FABS GROUP LTD.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss (including loss of profit, revenue, or data).
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.

8. Termination

By You: You may cancel your service at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

By Us: We may terminate services with 30 days' notice for convenience, or immediately for breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
